Providence St. Joseph Health has announced Randall Castillo as the new chief executive of St. Mary Medical Center. A health care executive who began his career as a nursing assistant, Castillo will return to his native Southern California as he steps into his new role at the Apple Valley-based medical center on Aug. 5.
