Warren A. "Sonny" Rigas has been promoted to executive vice president at Floyd Medical Center while continuing to serve as COO for the organization. In his new position, Rigas will continue to oversee daily operations of the hospital while assuming some of the executive duties previously handled by Dee B. Russell, MD, who has announced his semi-retirement.
