Solantic and Baptist Health announced they are joining forces in a new co-branded urgent care network in Northeast Florida. The joint venture will mean that all current and future Solantic centers in Greater Jacksonville will be rebranded as Solantic Baptist Urgent Care, but will continue to be managed and staffed by Solantic. Baptist will have a 50% stake in the centers, although neither business would disclose the amount of Baptist's investment, the Jacksonville Business Journal reports.
