Representatives of the Teamsters Union plan to rally outside Ascension Health's corporate headquarters in St. Louis in protest of what the union says is a "change in working conditions" at Ascension's Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, MI. The current contract between the medical center and those employees represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 332 in Michigan expired Feb. 17 and was extended by 30 days. Technical employees at the medical center have voted to support a strike if called.
