Hospital system Texas Health Resources has formed a joint venture with LHP Hospital Group Inc. to acquire Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman, TX. Under the structure of the deal, Texas Health Resources will own a majority interest in the joint venture that owns Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital-WNJ. LHP will manage the Sherman hospital's operations.
