UnitedHealth Group expands army of navigators

UnitedHealth Group is significantly expanding its “concierge services” offered to its Medicare Advantage enrollees by the health insurer's nurse and customer service navigators. Known as Navigate4Me, the service is designed to help seniors with complex health conditions in UnitedHealth’s Medicare Advantage plans to get the right care, in the right place and at the right time.
