Day Kimball Healthcare (CT) announces partnership with Yale New Haven Health

"This is not a merger, acquisition, or affiliation," said DKH President and CEO Joseph Adiletta. "This is a partnership between two independent organizations." DKH will benefit from the arrangement by having access to new technologies, administrative services, and clinical partnerships currently unavailable to the 165-bed community hospital. DKH has already saved about $300,000 in purchasing costs by partnering with the organization.
