ColoradoCare: A needed healthcare overhaul, or a risky economic move?

It was big news on Colorado's Western Slope when insurance giant UnitedHealthcare struck a deal to acquire Rocky Mountain Health Plans, a local, independent, not-for-profit insurer. The deal still needs state approval. But the news was just the latest insurance frustration for one of Rocky Mountain's customers, 35-year-old Grand Junction resident Andrew Kleiman.
