A new poll from the Kaiser Family Foundation finds that the surge in Obamacare enrollments failed to raise public support for the healthcare law. According to the survey, 38 percent of people have a positive view of the law, while 46 percent still view it unfavorably. The survey found no change in support for the Affordable Care Act over the past six months despite the administration surpassing their sign-up goals and enrolling 8 million consumers. In October, the Kaiser Health Tracking Poll found 38 percent had a favorable view of the health law to 44 percent unfavorable.
