Adding up health reform after the first year

Today marks one year since healthcare reform was signed into law. One year in politicians and policy makers are still debating the legality and the long-term effects of the healthcare reform law. Meanwhile, most of the major provisions in the law are still several years away—they don't start until 2014. But some significant new rules and programs did start last year. NewsHour takes a numerical look at the law's direct impacts so far.
