Franklin-based Capella Healthcare announced today leadership changes for the four hospitals of the Capella-Saint Thomas health system. Bill Little will now become full-time CEO of Highlands Medical Center. Little previously served as CEO for both DeKalb Community Hospital and Stones River Hospital, according to a company news release. Bob Luther is now the interim CEO for DeKalb and Stones River Hospital.
