Two weeks after the election, Presidential Obama's administration released an avalanche of significant rules, regarding the Affordable Care Act, governing some of its most popular provisions. This also reminded state leaders that any question mark over the Affordable Care Act should have been erased, and they could get on board or the law would move ahead without them. Florida leaders may not agree, but the outcome of the election left them with little power to change that direction. Florida lawmakers have not yet decided on what their actions will be, including whether to open an insurance exchange or not.
