Patient Communications and Engagement

In August of 2013, a three question survey on patient communications and engagement was sent to members of the HealthLeaders Media Council. Respondents include senior leaders from hospitals, physician organizations, health systems and other groups. Respondents were asked about top concerns and greatest challenges when managing patient engagement efforts as well as their main area of focus to improve the overall patient experience. A total of 134 completed surveys are included in the analysis.
