AG sues CHI Franciscan for 'price-fixing monopoly'

Washington State’s top lawyer believes medical care across Kitsap County is costing patients more ñ while putting their health at risk. Attorney General Bob Ferguson filed a lawsuit Thursday accusing CHI Franciscan Health of “price fixing” and creating a dangerous monopoly. “They removed competitors, essentially, and raised prices,” Ferguson said from his Seattle office.
