House lawmakers are set to vote Friday on a proposal designed to address potential security breaches on the Web site as Republicans seek to keep political attention focused on concerns with the ongoing rollout of the new federal health-care law. The vote caps the first week of the new year for the Republican-controlled House, but comes as attention on Capitol Hill has started shifting to broader concerns with income inequality, especially regarding unemployed or low-wage workers, and away from concerns with the health-care law.
