Tower Health appoints new head of Phoenixville, Pottstown hospitals

A longtime Tower Health leader will now be heading Phoenixville Hospital and Pottstown Hospital. Dr. Richard McLaughlin has been appointed president and CEO of the hospitals, Tower Health said in a news release Monday.
