Samantha Patrick has been named chief financial officer of Clark Regional Medical Center and Bourbon Community Hospital, effective Sept. 28, the hospitals announced Tuesday. Patrick has served as the assistant chief financial officer for CRMC and BCH since 2017.
Prescription pricing platform GoodRx Holdings will hit the public markets this week. The Filing: Good Rx Holdings NASDAQGDRX plans to sell 34.6 million shares in a pricing range of $24 to $28. At a pricing of $26, the company will be valued at around $10 billion based on over 384 million shares out. Silver Lake, which owns over 35% of the company, will invest another $100 at the IPO price along with the offering.

Tenet Healthcare really took it on the chin Monday. An analyst's fairly deep price cut sent the stock downward; at the end of the trading day it was down by over 13%. Analyst Gary Taylor of J.P. Morgan eviscerated his price target on the healthcare facilities operator's stock, chopping it down to $20 from the former $28. Interestingly, at the same time he lifted his recommendation from underweight to neutral.
