Change Healthcare (NASDAQ:CHNG) and UnitedHealth (NYSE:UNH) disclosed that the companies have filed "substantial compliance" with the the Dept. of Justices' second request for their deal. The companies said that on Nov. 1 they agreed to an amendment to a timing agreement with the DOJ to not consummate their transaction before Feb. 22, according to a statement in their Q2 results.

The government says it does have justification to intervene in the case against Methodist Le Bonheur. The lawsuit filed in 2017 claims Methodist executives ran a Medicare and Medicaid scheme resulting in $800 million in fraudulent payments.
