Two charged in fraud, kickback scheme against Valeant

Former Valeant executive Gary Tanner and Andrew Davenport, the former CEO of Philidor Rx Services, have been arrested and charged with engaging in a "multi-million dollar fraud and kickback scheme" against Valeant Pharmaceuticals.
