Milwaukee-area hospital execs say they will continue elective surgeries even if COVID-19 surges

Wisconsin hospitals have largely reactivated elective surgeries and other services after losing an estimated $2.5 billion revenue during the Covid-19 outbreak, and Milwaukee-area health care executives say they will not resume that money-losing policy even if there is a spike in virus hospitalizations.
