Good funds with big healthcare exposure

Uncertainty over the status of health reform was a big reason healthcare stocks underperformed the market in 2009, and the stocks of big health insurers jumped ahead of the election when polls showed that a Scott Brown victory in Massachusetts was likely, iStockAnalyst reports. There are plenty of other factors affecting healthcare stocks, but right now the political ones are among the most important. And despite the uncertainty, some smart fund managers are fans of healthcare stocks.
