The Heywood Urgent Care Center at 266 Main St. is shifting its business model, effective Dec. 1 and suspending its urgent care services for the general public. Instead of seeing patients who may or may not have a primary care provider, the practice is changing to provide same-day sick care visits only to those patients whose primary care physician is a member of the Heywood Medical Group.
