Integrated Health Network to add hospital sisters health system, Prevea Health

Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin, one of the two networks of health systems and physicians taking shape in the state, announced Tuesday that it will add Hospital Sisters Health System and Prevea Health to its network. The health system and physician practice have signed a letter of intent and expect to reach a final agreement with Integrated Health Network this month. The agreement will give the network a presence in Green Bay and expand its network of hospitals and physicians throughout northeastern Wisconsin.
