St. Luke's Hospital faces financial catastrophe as KeyBank, lenders call in debt

Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital’s CEO and local elected leaders are accusing KeyBank executives of threatening to financially crush a community hospital in the middle of a pandemic. In a Monday night interview, hospital CEO Joan Cusack-McGuirk said she was speaking with a reporter as a last resort after her efforts had just failed to prevent the bank from calling in a pair of loans worth $22.2 million.
