TriHealth and St. Elizabeth creating joint venture

TriHealth and St. Elizabeth Healthcare, two of the largest hospital systems in Greater Cincinnati, revealed today that they intend to create a joint venture to provide outpatient laboratory services. Cincinnati-based TriHealth will move its outpatient laboratory operations from its Avondale headquarters to the campus of St. Elizabeth’s flagship Northern Kentucky hospital in Edgewood.
