Report: Enrollees still face account problems on Healthcare.gov

ObamaCare enrollees seeking to verify their personal information with the government are facing problems that could jeopardize their health coverage, according to a new report. Hundreds of thousands of people have been asked to submit additional citizenship and immigration documents to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), but technical hurdles with their accounts at HealthCare.gov are slowing down the process. Immigrant advocates and insurance agents told USA Today that many enrollees who can log in cannot upload their documents online or don't receive confirmation once they have submitted the information.
