Former CFO files whistleblower suit against Calhoun Liberty Hospital

The former chief financial officer for Calhoun Liberty Hospital has filed a federal whistleblower lawsuit against the hospital's board alleging members did not stop harassment from the hospital's former administrator. In the suit, which was filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Haley Green said she spotted fraudulent transactions for medical supplies by then-EMS director Phillip Hill, who would later become the hospital's administrator.
