One of the top leaders at the Memphis VA is facing accusations that he bullied employees and was part of a "mafia-style" leadership team, new internal documents show. The accusations are similar to ones the executive faced while serving at the VA hospital in Marion, Ill., which along with the Memphis hospital is among the most troubled in the VA system. Despite the new accusations, Memphis VA director David Dunning says he has full confidence in Frank Kehus, the associate director and chief operations officer at the hospital.
