A Pittsburgh-based health insurer has signed a provider contract with Jefferson Health, writes John George for Philadelphia Business Journal. Highmark Blue Shield, which is entering the Philadelphia region’s commercial health insurance market next year, also has deals in place with Penn Medicine, Temple Health, Doylestown Health, and Grand View Health.
