Population Health

In May of 2014, a three question survey on population health was sent to members of the HealthLeaders Media Council. Respondents include senior leaders from hospitals, physician organizations, health systems and other groups. Respondents were asked about data-related methods of engaging in population health management, obstacles to transitioning to value-based reimbursement, and steps to gain expertise in Population health management. A total of 203 completed surveys are included in the analysis.
