    A fast-changing healthcare environment is pressing nurse leaders to orchestrate innovative approaches to achieve high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centered care. 

    Nurses are connecting with patients in more settings, which requires new knowledge, skills, and competencies. What’s more, today’s patient demands that care to be delivered in a seamless, timely, and efficient manner that addresses their personal needs and preferences.  

    A dialogue of ideas and strategies to gain best practices took place among three dozen nursing and patient experience executives during the 2018 HealthLeaders CNO Exchange. During the two-day roundtable event, executives learned how peers are successfully redesigning care delivery.
