ACA closes health coverage gap for Asian Americans: report

Uninsured rate for Asian Americans fell to 7.9% by 2017-2018. Asian Americans fastest-growing racial or ethnic group in the U.S. Obamacare helped close the gap in health insurance coverage between Asian Americans and White people, according to a report released Tuesday. The report by the Commonwealth Fund showed that by 2017-2018, Asian Americans had the lowest uninsured rate of any racial or ethnic group.
