The Board of Trustees of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham has made John M. Fogarty's interim appointment as CEO permanent. Fogarty spent 22 years at St. Joseph Health Services in Rhode Island, rising to the hospital's CEO in 2007. He then became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for CharterCARE Health Partners, a health care system comprising Roger Williams Medical Center and St. Joseph Health Services in 2010.
