Cleveland Clinic CEO Toby Cosgrove has turned down a possible offer from President-elect Donald Trump to run and reform the Department of Veterans Affairs. This is the second time Cosgrove, a heart surgeon and Vietnam veteran, has decided to stay in his current job after such discussions. He turned down President Barack Obama in 2014.
