Dartmouth-Hitchcock, GraniteOne health systems ink proposed combination

The boards of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health and GraniteOne Health have signed an agreement to combine the two health care systems, hospital officials announced Wednesday in a news release. If the transaction, which the two entities first announced in January, is approved by state and federal regulators, it would bring two of the state’s largest hospitals together as Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health GraniteOne.
