Developer plans $16M 'destination medical center' for Duluth's UnitedHealth Group building

A developer is planning a $16 million project to turn part of Duluth's UnitedHealth Group office building into "a destination medical center and surgery center." Brian Forcier, president of Duluth-based development company Titanium Partners, announced Wednesday that his group is converting the first floor of the 170,000-square-foot building at 4316 Rice Lake Road into space for neurosurgery, dermatology and physical therapy offices.
