Fort Lauderdale-based medical group Mednax announced it has completed the purchase of two neonatal physician group practices, one in Spokane, WA, and the other in Shreveport, LA. Mednax said the physicians will practice as part of its Pediatrix Medical Group. The company said it paid cash for both practices, but terms of the deal were not disclosed.
