Former U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius on how to handle the COVID-19 outbreak

The global death toll of the novel coronavirus is now more than 3,000, including two deaths in Washington state. There are at least 88 cases in the United States and health officials are concerned that the virus may have been spreading here for up to six weeks before it was detected.
