Critical coronavirus vaccine trials lack diversity among volunteers

As researchers struggle to overcome decades of mistrust, 360,000 volunteers are participating in the accelerating race to find a coronavirus vaccine, and only 40,000 of them are minorities. NBC’s Ron Allen spoke with Dr. Fauci about why it’s so important for people of color to participate in testing the vaccine.
