Florida lawmakers have healthcare plan

Nearly 4 million Floridians without health insurance may be able to get at least some type of coverage under a bill passed in the waning hours of the Legislature. The bill passed both the House and Senate as part of a broad agreement on several health issues. The agreement also included measures to make it easier for new hospitals to open and for retired dentists to get licensed to continue to practice in areas that don't have many dentists.
