Rockledge Hospital will shut its doors for good today after years of neglect. The hospital has been around for decades. Steward Health Care previously owned it. Orlando Health acquired Rockledge Hospital in October 2024. A spokesperson for the hospital said that before taking over, the health care system was aware that years of neglect had left the facility in poor condition.
