Report shows more errors at Indiana’s hospitals

Medical mistakes at Indiana hospitals rose 24% percent last year, according to Indiana's second annual medical errors report. The most common mistakes were cases where patients developed advanced bed sores from improper supervision or care during hospitalization, according to the report.
