North Fulton businessman to resign from HHS post

About a year after he was named to the post, John Bardis is resigning from his job with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The founder and former CEO of Alpharetta-based MedAssets, Bardis, 62, was the assistant secretary for administration. He was brought in by Tom Price, who resigned as HHS secretary in September.
