Ground has been broken at UPMC Mercy Hospital for construction of a new UPMC Vision and Rehabilitation Tower. The specialty center will connect to the current hospital. The nine-story, 410,000-square-foot facility is part of a $2 billion investment UPMC is making in specialty hospitals in the region.
