Big Pharma earnings might not be as good as they look

Big drug companies have increasingly been releasing financial numbers that use nonstandard accounting, and that has at least one analyst on edge. Two companies that have released earnings numbers that differ the most from earnings calculated using standard accounting measures are Allergan(ticker: AGN) and Teva Pharmaceutical (TEVA), writes Credit Suisse analyst Vamil Divan in a note to investors.
