Internal investigation of former Centra CEO finds no evidence of inappropriate behavior

An independent party hired by Centra to complete an internal investigation regarding allegations against former CEO, E.W. Tibbs has completed. According to a release - the investigation concluded that no evidence was found suggesting Tibbs engaged in inappropriate behavior of sexual nature towards any current or former Centra employee while serving as CEO.
