Sen. Bob Casey came late to the party, but, at last, he came. Finally, the Democrat from Pennsylvania is mustering some pressure on the feds to shelter our elderly from the UPMC/Highmark battle. He has asked for federal intervention before UPMC all but kicks to the curb Highmark Medicare Advantage plan subscribers.
