The man investigators say is responsible for stabbing a San Francisco social worker to death is expected to face a judge on Tuesday. San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced Monday her office is charging 34-year-old Wilfredo Tortolero Arriechi with murder. Court documents say he went to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital on Thursday to speak to a doctor. The suspect was carrying a concealed knife when he started talking with a social workers, who asked him to leave. Investigators said the pair walked to the elevator together when Arriechi stabbed the victim multiple times in the neck. The social worker died from his injuries on Saturday.
