Yale New Haven Health has appointed Arnim Dontes, MBA, as CFO, effective April 1. Dontes joins YNHHS from Yale School of Medicine, where he has served for the past five years as deputy dean for Finance & Administration. In that role, he oversaw the school's $3 billion operating budget and led its financial, budgetary, human resources, capital planning, information technology and administrative functions. During his tenure, Dontes worked closely with leaders across Yale New Haven Health to strengthen alignment between the School of Medicine and the health system, helping advance a world-class academic health system.
