Nurse tells TV crews she's quitting due to Covid 'compassion fatigue': 'I’ve given so much I can’t keep going'

An ICU nurse in Mississippi says she no longer has the strength to treat unvaccinated Covid-19  patients after a tenfold spike of cases linked to the Delta variant has overwhelmed hospitals. Jen Sartin, a nurse at  Singing River Health System in Ocean Springs, told MSNBC  she had requested a transfer as "compassion fatigue" sets in among hospital staff at people who refuse to get vaccinated.
